This workshop is for home educated children aged 7+ and their families.
Castleford has a rich Roman history. Discover how we can explore it using both new and old methods!
In this interactive workshop we will:
meet a real-life archaeologist
handle artefacts from Ancient Roman times
discover how modern technologies can be used to teach people about the past in fun and exciting ways
uncover Roman Castleford's past through a digital dig
