The Cribs

Wakefield rock band The Cribs has electrified the British music scene since 2002.

The Cribs are the Jarman brothers: twins, Ryan on guitar and Gary on bass, and younger brother Ross on drums. Their music is described as punk, indie, lo-fi with a touch of pop.

The Cribs cut their first record in Wakefield. They played many of their early gigs in the city. They have gone on to win prestigious awards and work with major names in the world of rock music.

They have played all over the world, but always namecheck their hometown on stage.
